Mobile Board Room Tables are by nature custom built. What makes the mobile table a board room table typically are built with full or half modesty panels. Bases are typically on casters making it possible for one person to move the tables. Many boardroom tables are pull apart tables on glides to conceal the fact that they can be reconfigured. Tables on glides are still easily moved by two people. Many boardroom spaces need to accommodate many functions outside the board room meetings. We worked with an architecture firm on a 35 foot plus oval wood veneer mobile board room table for the Paley Center in New York City.  The table featured daisy chained power and data. Each desk had it’s own power and data port. The Table was ordered with full wood modesty panels to conceal the legs.  Glides were ordered in stead of casters. Each Mobile Board Room Table requires planning with room dimensions and style preferences. We work with the trade and provide customization on finishes, top materials, base styles and sizes, power and data options, etc.

Mobile Board Room Tables are fully customizable. If you want longer or shorter modesty panels we can do that. If you want side wrapped modesty panels we can do that. There are endless colors and finishes in both wood veneer and laminate and mixes. Power and data is daisy chained under the tables. Tables can be stationary or flip tops for easy storage.

Quotes can take up to a week for the initial pricing. The actual specifying process for the large boardroom tables often take longer than normal tables due to complexity and often the many decision makers involved in the approval process.
